This Payment Policy explains invoice timing, due dates, late payment effects, manual payment methods, receipt timing, and the financial rules that apply to the monthly website subscription.

This is the current published version used on the public site and client portal.
Invoices for the next service month are issued seven days before the end of the current month. Unless stated otherwise on the invoice, payment is due by the last day of the current month so the next month of service can continue without interruption.
Payments are made manually by bank transfer or cash. Each invoice contains a unique six-character payment reference that should be used when paying by bank transfer. Receipts are issued after payment has been reviewed and confirmed.
The managed website subscription is not prorated. If a client approves or pays during the middle of a month, launch begins at the start of the next service month unless Kevin Oudai agrees otherwise in writing.
There is no grace period. If a monthly invoice remains unpaid at month-end, the affected website may be suspended from the first day of the next month. If the client later wants the site active again, the client must first pay the overdue month and the next month the client wants the site operating. This is because infrastructure, retained code, hosted content, and operational capacity continue to be held during the overdue period.
Once a paid service month has started, payments already applied to that month are generally not reversed. If a client stops using the service part-way through a paid month, the service remains available until the end of that month unless it is suspended earlier for unlawful use, abuse, or another serious breach.
Prices are currently shown without VAT unless Kevin Oudai states otherwise. Kevin Oudai may keep invoice, receipt, payment-review, and account records needed for accounting, audit, fraud prevention, and operational history.
