This Data Deletion Policy explains what data may be deleted, what data is retained, when deletion happens, and what export options exist.

This is the current published version used on the public site and client portal.
For this policy, client-site data means the content, database records, media, and similar information stored on the subscribed website itself for the client's use. Provider records means Kevin Oudai's own portal, invoice, receipt, acceptance, account, operational, and internal business records. Client-site data may be exported or deleted in some cases. Provider records may be retained.
Client-site data may be removed from the subscribed website servers one month after non-payment or cancellation. During that retention period, infrastructure may still be holding the website code, content, or database, which is why reactivation after a missed month requires payment of the overdue month and the next month of service.
A client may request a database copy, content export, media export, or deletion of client-site data when ending the service. Kevin Oudai may require enough information to verify the request safely before any deletion or export is completed.
Invoices, receipts, portal messages, legal acceptance records, internal notes, support history, and other business records held on Kevin Oudai's own systems may be retained for accounting, legal, continuity, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes even where client-site data has been deleted.
Deletion from live service infrastructure may not remove all traces immediately from short-term backups or disaster-recovery copies. Those copies may be removed in the normal backup cycle unless Kevin Oudai is required to retain them longer for legal or operational reasons.
