The full website is built and attached to one of my demo domains so the client can explore a fully functional version of the service.

Revise until approved

Feedback, critique, and refinements happen before the first invoice is sent so the client sees what they are paying for.

First payment starts onboarding

After approval and first payment, the site moves to the managed live setup and the client gets portal access.

Maintain monthly

Support continues each month and the next invoice is sent on the last Monday of the current month.

  • Do clients own the site files and hosting?
    No. This is a subscription service for use and management of the website. The infrastructure, hosting, business email, and service environment remain managed by Fullstack Development by Mr. Oudai.
  • When does payment start?
    Payment starts after the full site is built on a demo domain, reviewed, revised, and approved by the client.
  • What happens if support work goes beyond the guaranteed monthly hours?
    Work continues through the queue as needed. Guaranteed hours protect minimum attention, but queue priority is still applied across all active clients.
  • Can a client manage their own billing and plan changes?
    Clients can log in, view invoices and receipts, send support requests, and request cancellation, but plan changes stay managed directly by you.
