Build
Every site is built from scratch around the business, the offer, and the behaviour the client needs.
Trinidad and Tobago managed websites
I build, host, maintain, and keep improving business websites for companies that want their online presence handled properly without building an internal website team.
What the subscription covers
Every site is built from scratch around the business, the offer, and the behaviour the client needs.
You keep one partner for content updates, bug fixes, layout changes, and practical improvements after launch.
The production environment, uptime, email delivery, security upkeep, and backups stay under one managed service.
Why this service exists
The point is not just getting a site online. The point is keeping it useful, current, and handled after launch.
The public site shows exact starting prices in TTD so businesses can decide early whether the service is the right fit.
The client explores the full site on your demo domain, critiques it, and only pays once they are satisfied.
Guaranteed dev time gives each client coverage, while queue priority keeps Pro and Dynamic clients moving faster when issues overlap.
Plans
Most clients should be able to tell quickly whether they fit Static, Dynamic Basic, or a custom Dynamic Pro setup.
300 TTD/month
For websites that only need HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
500 TTD/month
For websites that need dynamic page generation, databases, or application logic.
Starts at 700 TTD/month
For dynamic websites that need custom infrastructure and heavier resource allocation.
Portfolio
Live connected websites, demo builds, and published apps appear here as they become worth showing.
How it works
The process is structured to reduce risk for the client and keep full technical control on your side.
The process starts with direct contact and discussion, not self-service signup or checkout.
The full website is built and attached to one of my demo domains so the client can explore a fully functional version of the service.
Feedback, critique, and refinements happen before the first invoice is sent so the client sees what they are paying for.
After approval and first payment, the site moves to the managed live setup and the client gets portal access.
Support continues each month and the next invoice is sent on the last Monday of the current month.
