This is the current published version used on the public site and client portal.
The service may only be used for lawful purposes and for activities that can properly be supported under the managed website model. The client must not use the service in a way that breaches the laws of Trinidad and Tobago or any other laws that apply to the client's business.
The service must not be used for fraud, phishing, malware distribution, spam, unlawful financial schemes, copyright infringement, deceptive activity, unauthorised access attempts, attacks on infrastructure, or publication of content that Kevin Oudai reasonably believes is unlawful or exposes the service to serious risk.
The client must not try to bypass security controls, misuse payment references, abuse one-time passwords, interfere with hosting resources, or use the service in a way that threatens availability, security, or the operation of other managed websites.
If Kevin Oudai reasonably believes the service is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in material breach of the legal documents, Kevin Oudai may suspend access, disable the affected site, remove content, refuse further work, or terminate the service without waiting for the end of the current month.
