Services

Website build, hosting, and maintenance without hiring an in-house team.

This offer is built for small to medium businesses, especially single-location businesses, that want a strong website handled as an ongoing service instead of building in-house website capacity.

Sites are built on a stack I can support well

For long-term support, I work on websites I build or rebuild in a stack I know well. If a business already has a website, I rebuild it, carry over the capabilities it needs, and then manage the rebuilt version under the service.

  • Brand-new builds or controlled rebuilds of existing websites
  • Replicated business capabilities in a stack I can support confidently
  • Responsive pages and flows built around the business
  • No long-term maintenance of unfamiliar third-party builds

Ongoing website care

The subscription covers the work that keeps the site useful after launch: fixes, updates, changes, and ongoing improvements.

  • Content updates and fixes
  • Layout and feature refinements
  • Bug resolution and ongoing upgrades
  • Guaranteed development time with queue-based priority

Managed hosting and email capability

All plans include the operating side of the website service so the client does not need separate technical vendors to keep things working. Dynamic plans add custom business email service, while Static includes website email notifications only.

  • Hosting and deployment
  • Backups and uptime awareness
  • Security updates and maintenance
  • Website email notifications on every plan
  • Custom business email on dynamic plans

Service types

What counts as Static, Dynamic Basic, and Dynamic Pro.

Static

Any website that only needs HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Good for brochure sites, company profile sites, service business websites, restaurant websites, church websites, and landing pages
  • Includes 2 guaranteed dev hours each month
  • Website email notifications only
  • Standard support priority

Dynamic Basic

Any website that needs dynamic page generation, databases, or application logic.

  • Good for member areas, content-managed sites, dashboard-backed workflows, forms with logic, and database-driven pages
  • Includes 4 guaranteed dev hours each month
  • Includes custom business email
  • Higher support priority than Static

Dynamic Pro

Everything in Dynamic Basic, plus custom infrastructure requirements.

  • For websites that need custom storage, networking, bandwidth, or heavier operational design
  • Quoted based on the actual business requirement
  • Includes custom business email
  • Highest support priority

Included in every plan

  • Custom website build
  • Hosting and deployment
  • Backups
  • Security updates
  • Maintenance and fixes
  • Website upgrades and improvements
  • Website email notifications

Not included

  • Social media management
  • Logo design
  • Branding work
  • Copywriting
  • Photography
  • Anything not directly related to building, hosting, maintaining, or improving the website

Service rules

  • Clients are paying for use of the website service, not automatic ownership of the website system or infrastructure.
  • If a client later wants the site launched elsewhere, the website code can be purchased separately under a separate agreement.
  • Guaranteed hours are reserved time for that account, not a promise that all new requests stop when the hours are used.
  • Support priority runs Dynamic Pro first, then Dynamic Basic, then Static.
  • Use the portal for issues and change requests. Phone is best for discussion, and email is best for non-urgent contact.

Why this works better than building an in-house website team

No full in-house website team needed

The business gets a website and the technical owner who keeps it working, without taking on the cost of hiring internal website staff.

No split between build and maintenance

The same person who builds the site is responsible for maintaining and improving it after launch.

No chasing separate providers

The site build, hosting, fixes, backups, and operational upkeep stay together under one service relationship.

Next step

See the pricing, then decide whether the service fits your business.

The goal is to answer the important commercial questions before you reach out. If the service fits, we can then discuss the website itself.
