This Cancellation Policy explains how a client can end the service, when service stops, what can be exported on exit, and what remains with Kevin Oudai after cancellation.
Version v1 | Effective March 21, 2026
This is the current published version used on the public site and client portal.
A client may request cancellation through the portal or directly with Kevin Oudai. If the request is made during a paid month, service remains available until the end of that paid month unless the service is suspended earlier for breach, abuse, or unlawful use.
At the end of the paid month, the subscribed website service stops. Managed hosting, domain management during the subscription, email service provided with the subscription, and supporting infrastructure remain with Kevin Oudai and are not transferred as part of ordinary cancellation.
On cancellation, the client may request a database copy, content export, or media export for the subscribed site where reasonably available. Email export is not part of the standard cancellation process. If the client wants the website code itself, the client must first cancel the service and then request a separate code-purchase agreement.
Client website data still held on the subscribed website servers may be removed one month after non-payment or cancellation. If the client requests earlier deletion of the subscribed website data and Kevin Oudai can verify the request safely, Kevin Oudai may process that deletion sooner.
Portal records, legal acceptance records, invoices, receipts, internal operational records, and related business records connected to Kevin Oudai's own platform may be kept after cancellation for legitimate business, legal, accounting, and operational reasons.
